Defective or Damaged Products

Cancellation

Missing Items

If your order is missing items, notify us within two (2) days of delivery. We will investigate the issue and resolve it by sending the missing items or providing a refund.

Refund Time-frame

Refunds for defective, damaged, or missing items will be processed within seven (7) business days of receiving the returned product or confirming the issue. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your account, as processing times may vary by financial institution.

Note: Refunds do not cover original shipping costs or any other associated charges.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund for the product’s purchase price will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to reflect on your account. Original shipping charges fees are non-refundable.
